Migrants Arrested with Drugs, Loaded Pistol, Money at Canadian Border in Montana

Havre Sector Border Patrol agents arrested a group of migrants during an attempted human smuggling incident near the Canadian border in Montana. A vehicle search led to the seizure of drugs, a handgun, and cash.

Sweetgrass Station Border Patrol agents observed two suspected migrants walking near the border. The two individuals were quickly approaching what appeared to be an awaiting human smuggler’s vehicle, according to information obtained from Border Patrol officials.

The agents conducted an immigration interview and determined the two pedestrians were migrants without legal authorization to be in the United States. The agents then interviewed the two occupants of the vehicle and determined they were also migrants who were illegally present in the U.S., officials stated.

A leaked memo exposes the federal government’s plan to end familial DNA testing at the United States’ southern border, a policy implemented to deter child trafficking.

In 2019, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) began using DNA testing to determine whether or not familial claims made by immigrants were accurate or fraudulent. Not every family unit — loosely defined as a parent with a child — was tested. When Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agents suspected that adults claiming to be the parents of young children were fraudulent, agents would refer the family to ICE for testing to confirm that the children were not in fact being trafficked.

Five Illegal Aliens Charged with Murdering 15-Year-Old Boy in Maryland

Five illegal aliens are now accused of murdering a 15-year-old boy sometime earlier this year in Frederick County, Maryland.

Alexis Alfredo Ayala Lopez, a 21-year-old illegal alien; Jose Roberto Ramos Lopez, a 23-year-old illegal alien; Ismael Lopez Lopez, a 29-year-old illegal alien; Elmer Bladimir Reyes Reyes, a 27-year-old illegal alien; and Ismael Ivan Rivera Canales, a 20-year-old illegal alien, were arrested and charged this week with murdering 15-year-old Limber Lopez Funez and dumping his body in Gambrill State Park.

The message on the SoL is feel good propaganda. Remember we rejected many of those poor tired huddled masses because they had a limp or other disability and were deemed unfit to do the low paid menial labor that we let immigrants into the country to do. And you know the SoL is about legal immigration.
There's a third option. Congress can do their jobs and reset legal immigration limits to match our needs to the benefit of our citizens.

I suppose life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness is just feel good propaganda, and America doesn't actually stand for that either, since we never actually followed thru.

What's made up, and what's stupid? We needed cheap labor and Europe was our main source. Those who were deemed unable to work didn't get in. Idealism and humanitarianism were'nt behind us allowing massive immigration. We did it because we needed workers. That it benefited the immigrants is gravy.
I wouldn't equate the Declaration of Independence with a poem on a statue.
So it's too much to ask for Congress to pass laws that are in the people's best interest? Maybe we need a new Congress.

It's not too much to ask, it just won't happen.

They put it in the declaration of independence and then counted blacks as 3/5 of a man and codified slavery, so however you want to semantically talk about these ideals, we observed L, L, and P of H less than the ideals on the S o L.

Your made up fact about the S o L being about legal immigration. You can't support that. All you can say is that we didn't strictly adhere to the ideal.

It's in NY Harbor, next to Ellis Island, where the legal immigrants of the day arrived. It's not a celebration of illegal immigration.

Somebody has to do all the hard labor of manufacturing once World War 3 kicks off here in about 2 years.

It's lose lose imo.

Too many people coming too quickly without understanding what America IS, vs what they want to use it for.

Also: Public opinion about our policemen needs to be sured up. Franklin has posted many many reasons as to why the police are about to get an uptake in positive opinion.

In SUMMARY.
Need people to build stuff with minimal guarantee on our part and our police need to be seen as the good guys again.
