EXCLUSIVE: Nearly 100 illegal immigrants on the terror watch list have been released into the United States during the Biden administration, while Border Patrol agents have encountered migrants on the watch list from dozens of different countries, a new House report is revealing.

"Under the Biden-Harris Administration, of the more than 250 illegal aliens on the terrorist watchlist who were encountered by Border Patrol at the southwest border between fiscal years 2021 and 2023, DHS has released into American communities at least 99, with at least 34 others in DHS custody but not yet removed from the United States," the report by Republicans on the House Judiciary Committee, a copy of which was first obtained by Fox News Digital, says.

Biden-Harris DHS Builds ‘Ghost Mode Operation’ for Migrants to More Easily Stay in U.S.​

President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is building what critics are calling a “ghost mode operation” so migrants can more easily stay in the United States after they are released from federal custody at the southern border.

The little-known pilot program, operated by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), is meant to reduce the frequency with which migrants released into the U.S. interior from the border must report to an ICE field office, people familiar with the matter detailed to Breitbart News.

Rather than the standard of having migrants check in with an ICE agent in person, the program allows migrants to check in via a cellphone or computer. A key flaw with the program, critics say, is that ICE agents are unable to grab GPS data on migrants who check in with a computer.

Even more alarming is that the program does not yet have any consequences for migrants who fail to check in with ICE agents via cellphone or computer, critics note.

I wouldn't mind if Abbott stationed some state official there to collect data, but the health care workers should only be asking questions pertinent to the health problem that brought them in.

Biden Program Meant to Remove Illegal Migrant Families Has Instead Allowed 90% To Stay In US​

A signature Biden-Harris administration program to quickly remove families who entered the US illegally is allowing nearly 90% of migrants to stay in the country, new data reveal.

Of 24,000 migrants who were put into the Family Expedited Removal Program since May 2023, more than 22,000 were allowed to stay in the US — and only 2,600 have been deported, a little over 10%.

More than 3,600 migrants have also absconded from the program and are believed to be unaccounted for in the US, according to the internal data.

Four illegal aliens are accused of operating a sophisticated theft ring, stealing some $1.7 million in goods in nine burglaries that targeted mostly Asian American business owners across Florida, Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd reveals.

“We have these organized criminals coming through the southern border targeting legitimate Americans, legitimate small business people, and looking for people in gated communities with nice houses and jewelry,” Judd said during a news conference:

Martí Noticias journalist Mario Pentón confronted Manuel Menéndez Castellanos at Miami International Airport upon his arrival from Cuba, hoping to ask how U.S. officials allowed him into the country given his decades of service to the Communist Party. Menéndez Castellanos has appeared frequently in the pages of the official newspaper of the Cuban Communist Party, Granma, offering supportive propaganda quotes for at least two decades.

Menéndez is the latest in a series of individuals from Cuba with ties to the regime and histories of participating in repression believed to be taking advantage of several immigration programs under leftist President Joe Biden, presumably intended to benefit their victims, to come to America. The incident also follows an embarrassing scene at Miami International Airport on May 20, Cuban Independence Day, when Transportation Security Administration (TSA) gave a Cuban Communist Party delegation a tour of sensitive security areas. Cuba is a U.S.-designated state sponsor of terrorism with an extensive history of engaging in anti-American espionage and other nefarious activity.

TX has spent billions of its own money on putting up border wall sections, putting crossing barriers in the river and keeping national guard troops at the border, etc. Keeping illegals out would make it impossible for them to be hired. There are bans in TX and others states against hiring illegals, but.....

I actually agree, Abbott could be doing more.. they should all be glad I’m not the governor of Texas, I have some ideas the main problem is Texas is not getting adequate support in the Federal level in terms of policy.. the problem originates with Mexico, who lets these people pass through from Central America as long as they keep going, and these are the people we are getting (the couple we are friends with from Mexico look down in the people from these areas and are like eww they are third world criminals, and these are people Mexico doesn’t want) I have been to the grocery store with my friend when we lived in Louisiana, and some of the people would talk to her and she would wrinkle up her nose she called them cowboy midgets.. her words not mine.. and she could always tell.. so I am always wary when I see the cowboy midgets.. funny story, my husband and I were at the main boro WalMart.. formally known as the Redneck WalMart, which is now Mexican WalMart, and we saw a 4 foot tall Mexican man take a live chick out of his pocket and was walking all over the place.. and they have a fiesta there on Friday nights in the parking lot.. food trucks, jarritos, pinatas Now we go to Publix

The Safe Mobility Offices are being built by Biden’s pro-migration border chief Alejandro Mayorkas through South America and Africa. They are “one-stop shops” for would-be refugees and migrants, Grandi wrote in an op-ed for the Guardian newspaper. They allow migrants:

to access everything from basic humanitarian support to information on seeking asylum in those locations in order to help locate missing relatives. These centres could also advise on legal ways to reach …. states, or assist stranded migrants to return home safely if they wished.

For this idea to work, states will need to offer more opportunities for refugees directly from regions: resettlement places, work visas, scholarships, family reunification, private sponsorship and so on. Just as importantly, legal migration opportunities would need to be expanded on a much greater scale. Labour mobility – legal ways to match the huge demand for workers with migrants in search of jobs – benefits everyone.

Donald Trump's New Migrant Death Penalty Policies revealed as he vows to protect 'every American daughter'​

Donald Trump announced new death penalty policies he would implement against illegal migrants during a campaign event along the U.S.-Mexico border Thursday.

During the 70-minute address, Trump and the media stood cooking in the scorching southwest sun as the ex-president spoke and brought victims of migrant-related crimes to the podium to share their agonizing personal stories.


After families from Texas and Maryland revealed the heart-wrenching details of their loved ones’ brutal deaths at the hands of illegal migrants, Trump announced policy priorities to prevent future tragedies.

‘We will seal the border, stop the invasion, and launch the largest deportation effort in American history,’ the former president said before adding he will also ‘impose tough new sentences on illegal alien criminals.’


‘These include a 10-year mandatory minimum sentence for anyone guilty of human smuggling, a guaranteed life sentence for anyone guilty of child trafficking and the death penalty for anyone guilty of child or woman sex trafficking.’

The new death penalty proposals are a noticeable escalation in his tough-on-immigration agenda.

‘We’ll also impose the death penalty on major drug dealers and traffickers in other countries,’ he told the crowd.

He also mentioned how other countries – specific ones he did not name – have bold warnings on their immigration applications.

‘On their immigration papers, there is a statement that says ‘death for drug traffickers,’’ Trump said.

He continued on about the warning, recalling how it was written in ‘big letters, big bold letters, 10 times the size of everything else on the page,’ so that traffickers know the consequences of their crimes.

The new death penalty policies were particularly poignant when taking into consideration the victims that flanked the former president during his border address.
