This class is going to have a lot of big athletic guys for their respective positions.
Wingo is a big WR. Nwaneri is a big SDE if that's the plan for him
Heard today is 6'8 300. Will probably be 6'8 340 one day looking like a beefed up TE
It’s currently snowing in Colorado in April. Deion will get a few big time DBs here and there and will get some bigger name prospects that Georgia, Bama, Ohio State, and Clemson didn’t want (hopefully we’re in that category soon). Guys like this aren’t going to buy into the hype until they see consistent results though. He flipped Travis Hunter from a Florida State program that looked dead in the water this time last year and Florida and Miami were considered the favorites for McClain (who I think was a little overrated Ricks and Jackson we’re both better in my opinion). Studs in the trenches aren’t falling for the all sizzle and no steak sales pitch thoughHe’s currently on a visit at Colorado for their spring game. Man I wish Prime would focus on west coast kids. It just makes me a little uneasy with the kids we’re in on, visiting out there.
Yeah you can have 70 degree temps one week and snow the next in TN, but Colorado takes it to another level. You can have weeks of beautiful warm weather and then boom, six inches of snow in the middle of May.
I’m not even sure stacking talent will work. It may in the Pac 12, or whatever conference or lack thereof they’ll be playing in once USC and UCLA leave. In my opinion though Deion is a Hall Of Fame athlete turned used car salesmen. He had a significantly better roster than everyone at Jackson State. At Colorado he’ll be lucky to have an equal roster to 80% of his opponents for at least the first couple of yearsunless he stacks class after class with elite talent kids aren’t going to be all in on losing.
I'm not sure his act works at the pro level. Part of his success with 18 year olds is the mystique and flash of being Prime. That won't really cut it with pros unless he's just a lights out Xs and Os guy, which definitely remains to be seen.I'd bet if he has success there, an NFL team would give him a shot. He probably wants an Pro job more than college

NFL is Xs and Os and managing Egos. Neither of which Deion proved he can do. So far his strategy is just to have more talent than the other teams and the vast majority of the talent he had at Jackson St knew they were on their last chance outside of a couple players like Travis Hunter.I'm not sure his act works at the pro level. No but his team looked awful in both bowl games when he played teams with some what equal talent. I'm not a Deion hater and I think he will do fine at Colorado and he did great things for Jackson St. There is nothing about him that makes me think a NFL team would want him to be a head coach. You think he’s gonna have the same coordinators in the NFL that he had at Jackson St?
