We all know Freeze is shady af. This is shaping up like his first class at Ole Miss that all the juicy details came out about later.

A zebra can change locations but he can't change his stripes. Auburn unfortunately is paying up because they always have and always have had the means to do so. I think kids that go to play for Rev Freeze unfortunately will regret the decision to take the extra bones up front. I do not think you can put a price tag on what 3 or 4 years with this coaching staff is worth in the long run. Ask Hyatt if he would have won the biletnikoff and got drafted where he did anywhere else. 3 to 4 years of coach RG is worth a ton and could end up making you way more post college football. I can't blame the kid for taking the biggest offer up front as I do not know his family's financial situation but if he stays healthy and pans out, I bet he would be a way higher draft pick in 4 years under Coach RG than at Auburn these days. On to the next one boys!

I find it hard to believe that Garner didn’t know, and if he didn’t shame on him IMO. It was clear as day to anyone paying a smidgen of attention that this was 100% an NIL recruitment.

I love Heupel. But this doesn’t make sense. Especially IF the rumors about Nico were true (not saying they are). Why not spend for some big time defensive players if you know NIL could get them? Especially when that’s the side of the ball you need the most help on? You don’t think Garner would love to have guys like Franklin and Nwaneri???
