I am not a fan of Nascar. The sport could disappear tomorrow and I would be indifferent. If the target audience was made to feel slighted by Nascar's response to this misunderstanding, then nascar should apologize to that group of fans.
I would expect that to be SOP from a business who depends on loyal fans for existence.
Why do you assume only white people are offended? I wouldn't be surprised if false reports of hate crimes offended people of all colors simply because it robs from the seriousness of real hate crimes. Your own passive racism seems to be on display.Good morning. Are all the offended whites still looking for apologies today?

I don't believe Bubba Wallace owes anyone an apology, but I do think he should have come out and said it was a mistake instead of doubling down on stupid, which is what he decided to do. There was nothing racist at play.Ehhh, there are literally 3 posts about apologies on the previous page.

I do think some posters on here are deserved of apologies by other posters who accused them of racism for questioning the validity from the start. Racism shouldn't be the default option anytime people disagree.

Bubba should take notes.....I’m trying to not dislike this guy but the more I learn the harder it get’s.Bubba Wallace, Nov. 8, 2017:quote:There is only 1 driver from an African American background at the top level of our sport..I am the 1. You're not gonna stop hearing about "the black driver" for years. Embrace it, accept it and enjoy the journey..
