Just for clarity… no one thinks that our OL actually get injured on the PATs right? I hope we are all on the same page here, at this point the only ones that shouldn’t be aware of this phenomenon are the broadcasters that never seem to pick up on it..
What do you mean?

What would be the purpose of faking it?

There’s commercial breaks after PATs. So it’s not a rest thing.

You can’t be serious… you think someone gets “hurt” on 75%+ of our PATs? Serious question, have you ever seen anyone in any other game ever be injured on a PAT?

Come on man it’s 1000% rest related. It definitely became a thing back in 2022 when the offense was clicking and our scoring drives were 1:30 tops lol I’m sure there’s other benefits or reasons that they do it, but not a chance we have someone go down injured on a PAT that often.

Don’t question @LittleVol, he knows everything there is to know about football

Rewatch the PATs.

It’s almost an after thought play the extra point- but the leg locking does put the body in compromising positions.

Again there’s commercial breaks after the kick. Those are 5 minutes minimum before kickoff. Which NO lineman are on btw. So then that’s 7-minutes from the end of a scoring drive till the defense has to take the field to rest…

If you don’t want to believe that, than just rewatch the PATs.

They’re not faking. But think what you will.

I can’t tell. I think there are still some people who aren’t clued in. Which is crazy to think. How do people actually think that dudes are getting hurt that frequently on PATs? 😂

Consider that it only happens after quick scores. There’s your answer. Yes, it is a rest thing. And yes, I know they get commercials after score. This gives them more rest.

It’s patently obvious that the injuries are fake. Especially when it’s a designated “get hurt guy” every year.

I've often wondered what combination of autism and/or mental illness is on the other side of some posts. Of course some are probably just old fashion trolls, but gotta be some pathology there too.
That is why i leverage the ignore feature so I don't have to spend my brain cells deciding which it is with the usual suspects.

I don’t think you all have watched closely enough.

Schizoposting again
Let’s say that I’m wrong.
Let’s say I’m OBVIOUSLY wrong.

You following me?

You think it’s okay to piggie back, on a comment making fun of people on the spectrum?
And don’t say “ I’m making fun of you”.

You always do this cowardly 💩were you come at me indirectly.

PAN (Pray at necessity) 👍

Please tell me you’re kidding.
I’m not kidding.
I’ve been hurt on a PAT before.

Has it ever occurred to you that i might be speaking from experience????

3 times over 3 games? Maybe you’re right.
But Everytime I’ve watched those injuries happen to Sham specifically he over extended his leg.

You're so close to getting it, but don't have the tools to get you there.
Okay fair enough.
I assumed our injury prone lineman were just getting injured.

But evidently I’m a barely functioning person with autism that can’t pick up what anyone is putting down.

I guess I see now why I’m always having to repeat myself to people…
