I didn't say Rivers was in a better division, just that Peyton isn't the one Atlas heroically carrying his team and that Rivers actually had a better season doing it.

this blew up...

I hate the pats as much as the next guy but nobody can deny that their organization may be the best in nfl history at working the draft and free agency in a way that would turn any other franchise into the Cleveland browns, yet when they do it, they build superbowl teams.

I honestly mean that, I'm only so-so with my league history but I doubt anybody has done a better job with personnel management, much less over the span of a decade.

The Ravens have been ran really well since Ozzie Newsome started running things. They don't have the rings, but it's a matter of time before they win one or two.

The Steelers are also up there over the last 12 years or so.

But no, there hasn't been a team in the Patriots' league as far as FA signings and draft picks go.

I love how stupid Colts fans (the Peyton Manning fair-weather ones) can be. This argument went from saying the Pats suck at drafting, to saying the Colts are better than Pats at most positions, to saying Manning was better than Brady. Then when stats clearly proving Brady is the better QB right now were posted, they changed their position on the teams and suddenly, the Pats became the far superior team, because, as everyone knows, Peyton carries his team and Brady doesnt...
People also forget the Pats started the season with neither an OC or a DC. Brady also lost his top WR by a huge margin in the first few weeks.

It's not as if all Colts fans were making the same points. I busted that first guy who said they can't draft well and I'm a Colts fan. Try to keep up.

The Colts have set the record for most 12+ consecutive season have made the playoffs more straight years than the Pats so the Colts are just as good an organization. Plus the Colts do it through the draft and don't have to go out and get players other teams don't want or can't afford

They draft ok but our Colts draft way better, roughly half of their key players over the years have been FA signings. Polian drafts better than any organization and does a better job than anyone bringing in undrafted FAs
