Ths clearly states that one must be a citizen. What gets me if you are a citizen, then you are no longer an immigrant. And this..

Asians make up 43% of immigrant eligible voters in California, the highest of any racial or ethnic group.

Then this..

Maybe I am getting caught up in semantics, but immigrants are not citizens. Sounds like more Prog word games IMO

The way I'm thinking of it is legal vs illegal immigrants. I would think legal immigrants who have become naturalized citizens can vote. I would think the ones holding a green card cannot but of course this is California.

In addition, I think it's ludicrous that Californians can vote at home. Also, the assertion that people should be afraid to vote is a joke. Yes, you should be afraid if you are voting illegally.

Then the language is awfully sloppy, even by Pew or any polling standards. Like you said they are no longer immigrants, but naturalized citizens.
Google it and you will shake your head on "immigrants voting in CA elections.

What I do find interesting as well is that Asian immigrants are forming the majority of the immigrants. They probably dont get ballots yet though

A Chucky mask and a solid punch to her noggin and she is in critical condition in ICU.
