No QB in this class as of right now....

Nunes is okay, he just doesn't seem to mesh very well with it either. I think Savage may be the best fit. Much stronger arm than the other two, just not quite as accurate.

The Murray rumors aren't just rumors. Kiffin visited Murray's team to check up on him and his TE Orson Charles.

You know Garner interviewed with AU and there is some talk of him headed back, even as an assistant.... Do you think that "uncertainty" with Garner would affect Murray or Mettenberger at UGA?

If Garner leaves, the recruiting race just got more interesting.

And of everything, accuracy would be the easiest for Kiffin and Co. to fix. I say bring'em on!

Didn't we establish that Mettenberger is 100% UGA?

The main reasons I think:

1) Already have another 4 star QB in class
2) UGA has a lot of talent at QB right now, there's a good chance he could never see the field.

Murray has been one of those prospects all year since he committed. All kinds of rumors being thrown out that he may be looking around.

Sorry, I wasn't suggesting he wasn't.... I was just referring to the "possibility" IF there were a coaching change the caliber of Garner.

I just thought I remembered something about his mom working at the school and they live like 10 miles from campus.

From a uga fan at work that knows his stuff but is also full of s**t, the kid grew up bleeding red and black.

Can you tell? Do you feel a tickling vibration when he's lying or something (as does Skyler from Heros)?

For instance, he knew about murray and metterberger which is more than most uga fans know... but he also thinks that massaquoi was the best WR in the SEC this year and that UGA should be a favorite in the east regardless of whether or not they keep moreno and stafford.

he claims king and cox will be better next year than stafford and moreno this year.

as far as this goes though, he sounded like he knew what he was talking about. he also claimed murray was their best 'recruiting recruit' calling all the other guys uga was after.

Georgia is in good shape for some other highly-ranked prospects. Tampa Plant athlete Orson Charles will visit Georgia in mid-January after his teammate and friend – and Bulldogs quarterback commitment – Aaron Murray enrolls. Charles hasn't narrowed his list of schools but most feel that it will either be Georgia or one of Florida's powers that get his signature on National Signing Day.

That does not sound very promising with Murray.

Gotcha! He must have liked DMo's hit on Massaquoi.:)

Kiffin must have bigger fish to fry.

just watched a tape of QB Bryce Petty........very average........average mover, some quickness, no real speed........average passer, some accuracy, not great mechanics, not great arm........

He's an average lower tier D-1 QB at best, who played in HS for a spread formation..........He'll be better off staying out west, going to some smaller school, where he can come in, and be the starter, like in HS.........

If he comes to UT, he will ride the pine for 5 years.......
The only question is, don't we need some backup QB's, or if everyone recruited to be a starter? If so, I like the concept..........
