I used to buy JFG coffee and one day I opened up a package of it and dumped it into tupperware type container and out came a 2" long stainless steel bolt. I taped it to a letter and mailed it back to them with some smart ass comment about how they might need it to keep running their packaging equipment as a joke. They sent me a case of coffee and a long explanation of where it came from and how they were taking steps to keep it from happening ever again.
