Sequoyah National. Absolutely beautiful golf course with views for days. Nothing easy about it though.

Beautiful course, and i am 1/8th Cherokee myself so not knocking them...but I take issue with the claim they put on that plaque lol. Sequoyah was surely not the 1st person to develop a way of writing where there previously was none. At a minimum the 1st person to use Cuneiform did the same....but thats about the furthest back in time that we are currently able to study in which we have found remnants showing a true language. Thanks for posting those pics man that course is super nice. Bet I couldn't break 100 on it with all of the elevation changes. My golf swing left town with my 2nd back surgery....pretty sure they ran off to Vegas to get hitched.

Think I might buy a truck next week. Now to offend the likes of Hog ... a Maverick ... might even get a red one. I rode with my sister to SC last weekend in hers, and I really liked it. The thought of a bigger tuck to move stuff is nice, but realistically I think this one will move what I need to haul. There are actually a few on the lots around here which was apparently not the case just a few months ago. I'm thinking buy now before post strike prices go up, and while spending money is apparently tight. Fortunately I can just write a check and drive away ... if the dealer doesn't get stupid; I'm not playing price games because I can always do without.

I remembered your aversion to red. There are a couple available in red here; I honestly would have to look at some in different colors - and drive one, but AWD and decent features for $33-34K these days isn't bad. The ride was nice and the noise level was great. I didn't get a chance to drive, so can't speak to that, but the specs show the engine option with the AWD at 250HP, and the engine never got buzzy in the mountains.

Better be offering a helluva an incentive to buy a red car.

Some vehicles work in red and a lot don't ... apparently that's none for you. The best red I can recall seeing is the one Mazda is doing on some cars now. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I personally loath white cars, but that's apparently the most popular color, and my SHO was black - that's a PITA to keep clean and not streaky. I like something like British racing green in a metallic, some deep blue colors, some darker grays are nice; but I don't like most lighter colors or silver, and certainly not that washed out green Ford is using for some Mavericks. No earth tones either.
