Of course that is adjacent to Stateline, NV, with the casinos. Haven't spent much time there. Took a day trip down from Squaw to ski Heavenly one time about 25 years ago. It's right on the south shore of the lake. It's far more commercial than the places up north. We are leaving for South Tahoe next Friday. Any suggestions in that area? Well be there for 2 weeks.
Ok……I have to speak on this……I just don’t get……the Buckees love. It’s a ****ing truck stop. Why are people buying and wearing hoodies and T shirts. It’s like repping the circle K. I don’t want gas station brisket anymore than I want to eat gas station sushi, to discount bundgiee jump, or try to baptized a house cat.I will gladly donate my shots (it’s not a vaccine) to someone else that feels they need it to protect themselves or others from a virus with a 99% survival rate.
Or I would consider a reasonable trade. Baseball cards, original lawn dart set, Buc-ees beaver nuggets.
Gas station sushi stops Covid better than the shot and boosters. That’s the point I was making.Ok……I have to speak on this……I just don’t get……the Buckees love. It’s a ****ing truck stop. But I digress
I've never been, but I've been told Bucees doesn't actually allow the semi trucks. It's regular vehicles and passenger cars.Ok……I have to speak on this……I just don’t get……the Buckees love. Ya,I've never been, but I've been told Bucees doesn't actually allow the semi trucks. It's regular vehicles and passenger cars.
From my co-workers that have been, they've told me the brisket sandwich isn't just good, it's special.
It doesn't allow semi's, our drivers try to park on the outskirts and sneak in. I tried the brisket sandwich, I could cook a better brisket in the oven. Only good I have found is some of the jerky and clean bathrooms.I've never been, but I've been told Bucees doesn't actually allow the semi trucks. It's regular vehicles and passenger cars.

We are going for the pro-am golf tournament. Will drive around the lake, been looking for some hiking trails.Of course that is adjacent to Stateline, NV, with the casinos. Sorry I missed this bruddah. I'll give it a try when I can put the ingredients together. I don't know Springbank, but I will see if I can get some. Any substitute you would recommend if I cant get it?@SpaceCoastVol
2 oz Springbank 10 year
0.5 oz rich simple*
3 dashes angostura bitters (Angostura)
2 dashes black walnut bitters (Fee Brothers)
2 dashes orange bitters (Regans no 6)
Stir it generously. Strain over ice. Peel of orange. Squeeze the zest from the peel through a lit match over the drink.
**2:1 ratio of sugar to hot water. Stir until sugar dissolves and refrigerate for a few hours before use. You'll know you got it right when the syrup drips instead of pours.
It's a good ****ing drink. Ole Smoky.
