I have lived throgh several coaching changes (not sure how Hart thinks yet?) but the very idea that seats are empty and media is talking more about Gruden than the team ... and the AD is silent says from history that CHANGE IS COMING

I believe that was in 2011....you have to remember that all contracts have buyouts and clauses galore....I'm sure gruden's agent got him some protection in case he wanted to take a coaching job.
