Dooley's official presser was on a Friday, and I'm pretty sure Kiffin left that Tuesday night. I worked the next day on Wednesday down here in FL, and it was awful. Luckily, I had Thursday and Friday off, as I went to Knoxville for a Thurs./Sat. two-game home basketball swing.

I told people at work on Wednesday that if we didn't have a coach by Monday, I was going to seriously consider burning off vacation days until we had a coach.

State policy allows those interviews to be phone interviews. Also there are clearly ways around having the job posted for the 7 days the state I believe requires. DD was hired in less than a week so there is clear evidence a change and a new coach being named can happen very quickly

Yes, but the trick there was that he wasn't really hired in 3 days. He signed an MOU and then they did their due diligence.

He started working, but his contract wasn't finalized for weeks afterward.

It's fake. My best friend works for the State of Virginia Moonshine task force in Franklin County, he was telling me that the state helped them the first year of the show but they weren't very happy with how it turned out so they told them to get lost. My wife's family will not watch it because they say its like watching wrestling!

The same can be said about Swamp People and Deadliest Catch...in fact it is said.

I'm a film producer outside of my bar business. I have been lots of these production companies from the sets to the trade shows...and I can definitely attest to the fake factor...but the reason it occurs tht way is because camermen and directors can't possibly capture everything needed spontaneously for a storyline. Typically, to storyline is captured spontaneously, then the rest of the story is setup and filmed accordingly to maximize time and situational developments.

And obviously drama is added for viewer attraction and popularity.

I think MH is in the recruiting forum and Slice (who I hate) is in the Zone.

That zone is a wicked and evil place. I went there yesterday for the first and last time. I felt like I needed a shower afterwards and that someone had slipped something in my drink.

On January 12, 2010, Kiffin returned to USC to become the Trojans head coach. This came following Pete Carroll's departure from USC to become the head coach of the Seattle Seahawks. - Lane Kiffin's wiki page

I think we should hire Ric Flair as the coach. He's a proven winner. "Sixteen time World Champion!"

What gets me is that they could actually tell true stories and make it realistic . People are very intrigued by moon shining business.

Ok and as i understand it, what you call double distilling characterizes white lightening...correct?

its all white lightening,Mt Dew,etc from the time it leaves
the thump keg ,then condenses and turns to liquid and comes out the worm...but some will send it through the puke tank a second time, thus double distilling it...

I think the reasoning is you separate even more of the
non alcohol parts of the shine, making it even more potent...maybe some one will chime in either shooting this down or confirming...but thats the way I understand the reasoning behind the double distillation
