That's pretty slick

It is also probably still a breach of contract that would have to be litigated. All operations under a contract are governed by the obligation of both parties to operate with good faith. That sort of deal would definitely be a breach of that good faith clause and could probably be very costly for UT.

Ok I have anguished and tried to figure it out and have no idea. Please help a infrequent poster and fellow Gruden believer out.

What the hell is TOS?

My daughter like Justin Beiber and their fans are Beliebers.

Can we not be Grulievers?

Sounds like it. Although like you I don't know why the Clemmers would reduce it. $2m might be more in line with what we'd have to pay to get most top flight OC's, although that still seems high to me. It's a shame this didn't happen last year before Morris signed the amendment, when his buyout was only $50k.
Read his last post. What are your thoughts if this is true?

please dont use term "gruden-aide" bcause of memories of dool-aide.

Grudriver is a much better drink anyway!

A couple of tips for dealing with the "Zoners". For the most part, they are not dangerous, just aggravating sometimes. Ignore them or notice them, it doesn't matter. Their attention span is short and they will soon be looking for some other form of entertainment.

:)

It would be costly to both sides though. Lose/lose proposition.

I think the point is that before it got to that point, it would nudge all parties toward a reasonable agreement.

Sounds as though they may have used it to spark negotiations. Hannibal is claiming the buyout is down to 2 mil now. I can't see any way Clemson would allow this.
