Gruden is still my number 1 choice but i don't know why Tennessee didn't talk to Chris Peterson. Don't know if he ends up at Arkansas but if he does he will do good there.

Not sure. Maybe because Carter and a new one named Liper have been the most vocal outside of Old Vol on the thread since Friday. Those two have been pretty negative on it.

I would like to use my 3,000th post on VolNation to say....

Gruden WILL be our next Head Football Coach at the University Of Tennessee.

Been following throughout like u...and other boards and crushed like you and kept following like u and came to realization that the only thing that made sense was that Gruden is going to be our coach. The paysites are fos and a pawn to the AD..they rely on AD for info and he gives them smoke and they blow up peoples asses and they all smile like its the TRUTH. The coaching search is a FARCE...no inside info just common sense and it has set me free...free to make my own conclusions about what i think is going on..dont understand why u come here if not open to its name. GRUDEN thread home of the slippery banana

Liper and Lex were on a similar page and I think had some of the same sources.

Liper just said he didn't think it sounded good but he's not giving up cuz it's still possible
