Official Peyton Manning megamerge

Notice all the people siding with Manning are Colts fans? Which means 99% became Colts fans because of Manning. You guys are as bad as Los Angeles Lakers and Chicago Bulls fans. On par with Florida Gator bandwagon fans who were probably at one point Miami and FSU fans.

If this were Tom Brady, you'd side with the owner. Only difference here is you've been riding Manning's coattails. As great as Peyton has been, he won one championship, his brother has a chance to pass him on Sunday and the only reason Peyton won that championship was thanks to the the defense during the playoff run. We get it... you'll blindly follow any Tennessee player that is an all-time great. It's amazing how quickly how many of you probably turned your back on Crompton, Poole, Pearl, Dooley etc. but Peyton Manning can do no wrong because you'd follow him into the depths of hell.

Tennessee fans are fine and Colts fans are fine but the combination of the two tend to breed some of the most obnoxious, least knowledgeable fans you could ever dream up. A number of them pull for the Chiefs as their second favorite team because of Eric Berry. What is that? It's disturbing that so many people are obsessed with one man. It's weird enough we all cheer for a group of men to play a game with each other on the field but now we have people are obsessed with specific ones. Uh.... that's normal. Not fruity at all...

Not all

Funny you mentioned it, but yes I was pretty much indifferent about the Chiefs, but I do like to see them do well with Eric Berry. And would feel the same way about any team Eric Berry decides to join. I don't see anything unusual about supporting former Vols in the NFL. I watch several NFL games every weekend and truly enjoy seeing former Vols play well. How can you watch Foster and the way he's playing for the Texans and not feel a bit of pride related to UT football?

VFL means exactly that! Get a clue.

We all know now that there is a very good chance Peyton could be moving on to another team, I'm just curious how many of you Colts fans will stay an Indy fan or follow Manning just like me? To be honest, Im ready for a new team anyways.... the only reason why I like the colts is because of Manning

I only became a Colt fan when they drafted PM - once he is gone to whoever - thats my team even if its the damn Cowboys or Vikings plus I wouldnt label myself a bandwagon Colt fan I stuck with them that rookie season and through all the playoff losses

Teams that NEED a QB in the NFL:
Cards
Vikings
Indy
Jacksonville
Miami
Jets
Skins
Oakland?
Seattle

All a good fit per their basic need of a proven QB.

Vikes blew a 1st rounder on Ponder last season - Jets are stck with a USC flop - I wish it were Arizona he ends up with - unless he has a OLine he will retire - no sense in ending up paralyzed -

Irsay is hated immensly in Baltimore - moving the Colts out in the middle of the night - good luck to him trying to fill that new stadium without Manning, Wayne etc

I wonder how many Colts bandwagon fans on this board are gonna jump off

If they are looking for a new team, I suggest they pick one closer to home, this time. Maybe pick a team with a promising young QB. Maybe even a team with a ROTY type QB. It would be even better if that team had a QB from the SEC, but one that never played Tennessee as a starter.
Can't think of any team in particular, though.

I have never been a Colts fan. I am a Manning fan so there will be no bandwagon for me to jump from.

I hope it's Miami because I do consider myself a modest Dolphins fan. My favorite team, New Orleans, has no need for QB help at this time.
