Such a well coached bunch. They play with a lot of heart. The three point line was the difference in this game. 9 made threes to Texas 1. Just hard to trade that many 2s for 3s and come up with it.

This. NC State’s recruiting/portal success will likely increase. It was already solid, and that was without a FF appearance to flex.

They broke through after entering the season UNRANKED and picked 8th in their conference. This doesn’t help TN at all.

We did ok in the portal missed on a couple players that would've made a huge difference. Didn't get enough post help it was a glaring problem every game.

Other then James will need to step up. Also Texas inability to convert on all the offensive put backs really hurt them. NC St had no answer for that.
