I would much rather of kept that money here then send it to the Middle East though.
I've seen it on political ads
It's a wedge issue that Republicans are trying to make as big as possible. In reality, it's a global issue and has nothing to do with the policy decisions of this president. The issue isn't ads, its pure unrealistic to believe you can supply something without doing the work to get the supply. These are now long term problems, today there is still supply... the real problems won't show completely up for a while. We're talking 10-20 years to get out of the intentional destruction these wackos are engaged in, Europe probably has a 20-30 year road now... that is if they start today.
These people have been doing this for about 15 years, now they campaign on destroying cheap energy and have clearly pushed it to legislation.
Nobody is going to want to invest in any of this.... there are now long term issues will eventually lead to what... food production.
You think failure of Biden to invest in oil exploration affects current prices? Dude hasn't even been in office 2 years. What kind of timeline do you think this stuff moves on?Sanctions played a part and the lack of further investment in exploration all rest on Biden.
Blaming the Putin Price Hike. It’s cute.So

We've got more oil reserves than basically anyone. These are market forces at large at work chiefly driven by the Russia/Ukraine conflict.

More winning from Team Joe! Build it back better, dems! At least we don't have those mean, upsetting tweets.

So we'll produce our own and companies will sell it below market rates. I got news... oil companies like high oil prices. Americans love their gas guzzlers and are reticent to cut usage.
The idea that the problem is the oil companies is about as ignorant as possible.
If the president of the US stated he would “end the fossil fuel industry” would you invest more and expand your production?
