I think it is a UGA/UT battle purely from his statement on friendship with Murray. "If it's not Georgia, then we'll still be good friends down the road. The only thing i could think would make him say down the road, is if he is playing for a conference rival. I think it is us because he says in the last question that one school is pulling away, and he takes it as a sign from God. Didn't we just move 2 TE to O-line? Our 108,000 seat stadium was also the only one mentioned in the article.

I could be grasping at straws, but I still think we have a great shot.:thumbsup:

Sounds like things aren't looking up for Charles...I know that it was being said a while ago that it was going to be UGA...but a guy can hope. Now, one day out, it's looking no better...

Why are so many of you suddenly saying "Charles to UGA"?

I read those comments he made that were posted on here a few days ago(when all of this UGA lock stuff really started getting loud) and he bascially just said why he likes UGA...which were the same reasons he's given before about why he likes UGA..

If those reasons were such a strong pull to UGA then why didn't he sign with them already?

Seriously...those of you who are convinced he's a UGA lock based on those comments are looking into it way too much...

I think the kid is probably still making up his mind right now...and the final decision won't come until maybe just hours before he does sign

People are expecting him to go to UGA due to the whole Marlon Brown thing. It is frustrating as heck to get your hopes up about one of these players and then have them sign with a conference rival. Better to have expect the worst and be pleasantly surprised than to get your hopes up and have them crushed.

all this "sign from God" stuff doesn't bode well for us, we all know that mark richt and God are like best friends so if the big guy's involved in the decision then he's probably uga bound...

I'd like to have a solid feeling on this guy but I change my mind about every 30 minutes. I'm going to stay positive, though, and just be crushed tomorrow if I'm wrong.

I really really wish we could get Orson, I think he could take us from a 7-8 win team to a potentially 9-10 win team, he could make that big of an impact for our Offense next year. I say this because his big body would help the little guys like Gjones, Nuke, ect get open!

But I am not very positive as you can see by all my earlier posts!

CLK needs to hire Franklin Graham as one of our recruiters. It would help with the God crowd. To my knowledge...that is the only area we are weak in. A coach/preacher would have had Marlon Brown at UT. Love CEO...but a Bible talker he's not.

Kiffin hasn't talked to him in a while? Yeah, right. I find that very hard to believe. If you've been following Kiff and his regime thus far, you will know that he or someone on staff has been talking to Orson daily.

Are Kiffin and Orson trying to deter attention from UT in order to make a bigger splash tomorrow? I think so. (think Nu'Kesse)
