Jesus is my savior and I took him literally with the new law.

Instead of the blow hard talking about a pact with Satan the blow hard should have been talking about Christ's love for all people and how we can help them.

I am harder on christians because we are the example.

Be very careful what you lay at the feet of God.

Taking one Bible verse and extrapolating it into every situation imaginable does very little for me as a believer. Damning people to hell fire for asking questions and and taking into consideration the actions of your fellow Christians is a little silly and petty isn't it?

I can't speak for OE but I would say that a mortal human being claiming to know that God was responsible for an earthquake sent down to punish a people for their pact with the Devil is foolish. Any man that claims to know these things should not be trusted in IMO.

No there is not, I figured one of you muslim apologists would try to say that. There difference is Robertson has never killed anyone, most Christians do not support this comment or most comments he has made. So there is a huge difference but I would not expect you to see that.

Most Muslims haven't killed anyone either but that doesn't stop you from calling them terrorists. Following your line of thinking, I am going to take Robertson's comments (and those in post #34 for that matter) and extrapolate that all Christians are close-minded bigots. Gosh...if only all common sense were that simple.

How many muslims come out and denounce terrorists or distance themselves from the belief that it's ok to kill people in the name of their religion? I have not heard one Christian say what he said is ok and we believe what he said to be true.

More than you think come out. I have a good mulsim friend that regularly tells me what he thinks about killing in the name of Islam. Most moderates think that way. But it doesn't matter, because they are Muslim, therefore terrorists!!

You have not heard one Christian say it is ok or that it is true? I've seen one in this very thread (see post #34). He even cites chapter and verse. I'm just following your line of thinking....I can only conclude all Christians are bigots.

I am not sure how many times I have to say it, not all Muslims are terrorists. I that clear enough for you or do you need me to say it slower for you? Very, very few Muslims will come out in public and say that these terrorists are not representative of their "religion". Probably because they understand that the terrorists are doing what is taught by their "religion"

I am not worried about what some guy says on a message board, the bible does not teach that and Christians do not support that line of thinking.
