The report says he left. Doesn't really give a timeline as to what happened. Just says he saw it and then he left the building and called his dad. Could have stopped it. People just assumed he didn't. I assumed he didn't

We have only been allowed to read the grand jury report...the grand jury testimony is being withheld by the AG's office because the investigation is ongoing.

The grand jury report states that he did not stop it. Unless it was completely fabricated, McQreary changed his story.

I hate to sound like a lawyer, but that's not exactly what the report states in the narrative of the events involving victim 2. What you said can be inferred, but it's not explicitly stated that way. The transcript of the testimony is key, and it's not being released.

Speaking of the alleged 2002 victim the defense found, although the prosecution has been unable to find for what, three years?

Couldn't the prosecutor simply show a few photos of kids approximately the same age along with the victim the defense has identified and see if McQueary can identify the victim?

Probably. But how would that prove that the defense has identified the same alleged victim that McQueary allegedly saw?

I don't think it would be that difficult for the defense to find one of the kids, who could fit the age description, that Sandusky was never inappropriate with. Still wouldnt prove either way if that found alleged victim by the defense is the same one McQueary saw.
