Penn St news only!

Another child sexual abuse civil case was settled (time undisclosed), but Penn St officials refused to investigate the claims against a distinguished childhood development professor despite the plaintiff claiming to have taped admissions of guilt. The sweeping under the rug of this case by Penn St. seriously jeopardizes future civil cases by helping plaintiff's attorneys establish a pattern of Penn St. ignoring and hiding criminal behavior of sexual assault against children.

Edit: this case was settled in 2006. Shockingly, this same professor was indicted in 2005 in Maryland for child sexual abuse, but charges were dropped due to a lack of evidence.

It will be Lack of Institutional Control and it will be the final nail in the coffin

I thought miami would've gotten it too. But they didn't so who knows.

Yes harboring a child rapist isn't anywhere close to providing strippers and money to high school and college players. Not making a comparison. Only was thinking about the talk that miami was going to get the death penalty

The recount of these tragic events in the Grand Jury Report is deeply troubling, and if true, individuals who were in a position to monitor and act upon learning of potential abuses appear to have been acting starkly contrary to the values of higher education, as well as the NCAA

Bad news for Penn State

That case is still being investigated.
