LOL Switzer is just speculating like everybody else. Maybe they knew before 98, maybe they didnt. No allegations were ever made before then.

Not like Barry doesnt have an axe to grind with Paterno. What was it Paterno said about a jump to the NFL?

Switzer could be absolute spot on, but then again it could be he doesnt know WTF he's talking about. He turned Norman into a Wild West show so why does his opinion about another college scandal matter?

Good grief, how the hell is that "waffling?" Man, some of you guys crack me up.

Switzer doesnt have any firsthand knowledge of what happened at Penn State, its all speculation. It may turn out that everybody knew before 98 and you can hail him as the new Oracle, or it may turn out that he is totally full of ****! Either way my comments about Switzer do not constitute "waffling." Keep trying though, I enjoy making you look like an idiot.

Switzer may have gotten OU on probation but he does have it right.He was a victim of child abuse himself and knows how coaching hierarchy works and just how much you know people and what really goes on inside the football complex. When it all comes out I think ALOT of people knew. Hey even the temporary janitors knew as far back as the fall 2000.

You could be absolutely right, and I didnt know that about Switzer. Is that why they wanted his comments?

I dont doubt that this was common knowledge in 1998, but whether anybody knew about Sandusky before that is sort of cloudy right now, as in nobody knows. It wouldnt surprise me, but nobody has ever come forward with anything implicating him until recently, and those were victims.

Sorry bamacheats, cant hear you. You got caught in a stupid trap and wound up on my ignore list. Sorry.
