Something stinks here. Why fly your family across the country if you weren't interested in the job. This is concerning, and is something Coach Jones and Hart needs to figure out and address.

Tee will have another opportunity with UT when CBJ gets released in a little less than 3 years.

Just to be clear, Pat Haden's considerable influence at USC preceded his taking on the USC AD role. His influence not only comes from him quarterbacking USC to two national championships and three Rose Bowls, but also comes from the fact he graduated magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa from USC, was a Rhodes scholar and earned his degree in economics from Oxford University. He has a law degree as well. He was a partner in Riordan, Lewis & Haden, a private equity firm. He was also a USC booster before taking the AD job. It was because of his influence that he was asked to take the job and guide the program out of troubled times. Pat Haden is totally respected at USC and there is no place left to "spread his influence" at the university, much less the Athletic Department. Should he fire or retain Kiffin, most will trust his judgement and his decision will neither add to nor diminish his influence.

How do you figure?

He has two sons that live with him in LA. (One was born in I think 2004.. the other was born this year).

And he has a girl and boy (twins) that live here in Knoxville and go to Powell Middle.

2 out of 4 is half.

If you were excited the last two days thinking Tee could return...

And you got extremely pissed and/or upset he wasn't coming...

Think about what went through his kids in Knoxvilles heads.
Dang!

Think about how excited they were thinking daddy was coming home for Christmas and they could have something to hang their pride of their daddy on, other than his legacy.

Legacies don't replace daddy's absence.

Sorry kids!
