How confident are y'all that these coaches can work together to get the job done? Will there be any problems with egos?
I can't imagine a better example for the players to work together as a team on the field, then seeing their coaches do it on the sidelines. But I don't know that much about the personalities of the men Kiffin has hired so far.
What about the possibility that Kiffin retains Drayton for RB's and Gran just coaches ST. I haven't heard any of the rumblings anywhere but here so I don't know if that's been mentioned or not. I know Drayton has options.

I think by exclusive ST coach he meant he didn't want to split up the duties between all the coaches, not that he didn't want the ST coach to also coach a position.Figured that. I know that Kiffin said he wanted someone exclusively on ST, but it doesn't look like that's the way it goes down. We basically have two more spots for coaches if Drayton leaves as is likely.
I think Kiffin is selling to them the same thing he is to recruits, this is the East Coast version of USC or thats how he wants it and in a few years those guys will all be hot commodities for better jobs, or so he/we hope. Hes basically putting together an NFL type staff around him and I dont see any real issues because everyone will have their own jobs to worry about since nobody is co-something like Saban had with his Defense.
These guys all want to succeed and move up, this is a big opportunity for them all.
