trump is close to the midpoint on the white supremacist continuum.I
If he’s a white supremacist I’d sure think he’d welcome those pale white Eastern Europeans.
I’d buy the idea that he’s bowing to Putin more than that he’s a white supremacist.
There is nothing in the Constitution that states anything about taking money from states and then giving it back for what it wants to promote. Even your example is something that the federal government provides- school launches. Not definitions but examples:
The US government provides for the common defense by directly maintaining a military.
The US government promotes the general welfare by sending money to states to distribute for school lunches, special education, etc.
The preamble not mentioning taking from the rich to give to the poor is immaterial. That comes from our tax structure, which is constitutional.
Right, so the option's openThere is nothing in the Constitution that states anything about taking money from states and then giving it back for what it wants to promote.
They provide the funds to buy the meals. We need consistency in our word definition pedanticity.Even your example is something that the federal government provides- school launches.
So what? Our tax structure is a different conversation but even that was not originally in the constitution. That did not come until the 16th amendment.
Has nothing to with memory. It was idiotic in the first place (and a GIANT waste of money). Where did you serve? (I think I know that answer)Both truly meaningful reasons to waste all the time and money changing names back and forth to protect your memories.
The Constitution was meant to be a list of what the federal government was allowed by the people to do. If it is not listed, it is supposed to be left to the states or the people.Right, so the option's open

So what?
I'm confident they did not envision a gun culture that resulted in 50 thousand gun related deaths per year.
Sorry - but you would be hard pressed to be more wrong and delusional - but knowing you........
It's a framework, it doesn't generally specify details. As the Constitution reads today, and most likely in 1788, providing money to states for school lunches and special education is copacetic. The Constitution was meant to be a list of what the federal government was allowed by the people to do. If it is not listed, it is supposed to be left to the states or the people.
Are you like Luther and think the guys that wrote the Constitution were too stupid to realize they used two different words with two different meaning in the Preamble?
