A local soda distributor who supplies a local army base in addition to all their other civilian business is subject to the government mandate as of Sept 9. They can lose the business (and fire people) or comply (and fire people who won't get the jab).

Is it worth it to serve that customer? Yes, that's a business decision that's needed because they serve the govt. I've supplied govt contacts on the past and there is always a huge list of requirements that need to be met by many in the supply chain. If it's worth it you do them

That will be challenged and delayed for a long time. I really don't see it ever being enforced for private business. Could be wrong but we'll see
