In my opinion no. The statute of limitations should be like a month. For Cosby most if not all statute of limitations have been exceeded but that won't stop people from defaming him. In PA I think the limit is 12 years which is why he is getting in trouble. He settled with a real woofer back in 2004 so the law only had a limited amount of time to try and nail him.
