I hope he does. I don't watch a lot of NFL, but seems most people say they have a solid offense, outside of QB. Maybe we'll be able to see if he should be a legit starting QB.

I'd prefer him to have at least some tiny time to learn and adjust to the new offense. It seems like Dobbs always comes into adverse circumstances.

This notion that full time officials would change anything is ludicrous. Nfl officials are employed elsewhere too. You really think nfl officials just train all off season 40 hours a week? You think there are teams that play in spring so they can keep officiating then?

The problem with sec officials is that it's a good ole boys system. They don't care about being the best, they care about keeping their buddies in their positions. The league office has had plenty of reason to let go of underperforming crews and they never do. They don't care, that's the only problem.

Heck they'd love to be full time and use league money to fatten their wallets while they sit around and do nothing all off-season.

Good points. But it’s not just SEC although it is the worst. I have seen it happen to make sure that other playoff hopefuls get good calls at good times.

Gunslinger series is great too.

It started well. The problem is that King never really fleshed out the rules of the Dark Tower universe, so it kind of sprawled and meandered all over the place. Then he got hit by a van and almost died, got a God complex and made himself the center of the universe, then got vengeful as hell and turned the real-life guy that hit him with the van into a villain in the universe...

I mean, it was great, but the entire series kind of went off the rails as the universe inside of it collapsed. lol
