UT did not expect to go 8-4 with embarrassing, non-competitive losses to UF and Mizzou this year. But CJH is not on the hot seat and any talk of him being fired is ungrounded and unproductive. Expecting him to do what it takes to fix things is the path. That sounds easier than it will be, but UT has invested in CJH and there's no reason to doubt that or what he has brought to the program.

Most likely lose BJM when Banks leaves. Martinez contract is up in January. That’s three gone. You move Eckler to ST coach only and bring in a new DB, DC, and LB coach. Pretty easy.

We have enough money to get whatever DC we want. Danny White will be sure we get whoever we want. Football drives the operation and we have to have it running well.

Not so hot take.

We had, precedent to last eve, gotten incrementally better on the D.

Staff hath increased our defensive speed, on the whole. Misses on DL, DE, WR, and OL still rear their heads.

I still think continuity on staff will pay bigger dividends, than 'fahring' someone. Despite my feelings on Bank's called games, he has to get better. Period.

Still yet, the lack of quality depth, preparedness, and really lethargic bed *****ing/wallering in our own crap last night is squarely on the staff.


Time to get better, reflect. And take it to an actual SEC team. Missouri is a good team but doesnt, or will ever belong in the SEC.

Pretty sure Heupel will be making the hire, not DW. Unless you just mean that DW won’t allow money to stop Heup from getting who he wants when/if that time comes.

Which it won’t bc we’re still 3rd in the SEC giving up 20.2 ppg. Bama is at 18.1 and UGA 15.6

I was under the impression that Martinez has no contract.

It's gonna be funny watching how fast the window lickers flip from being out on Heupel to being mad A&M could come for him.

Some folks need to get their head out of their arse and realize we have one of the top coaches in the country, period.

There’s no way they tie up an on- field coaching slot with only STs.

I’m assuming he means DW will ensure Heupel will have the money to get whoever he wants
