That's with others recruits though. He has had some pretty big misses and his first couple classes were pretty bad.

Before people point well sanctions or try to make excuses. We've landed, Nico, Sampson, Matthews, West, Pearce, Bradley, Carter(highly rated even if I don't love him), Matthews(DB), Carter...... pretty much every position has had some pretty big wins except for OL. Even this class which is ellerbeees best, he's had some pretty big misses.

How many times do you need to post about this? I don’t want hear anymore excuses as to why…See what I did?

Nothing gets UT fans riled up more than somebody saying boosters are meddling. It's a real mystery why these boosters always go unnamed.

They don’t always go unnamed. Sometimes they get pretty publicly excoriated. And sometimes they buy an NFL franchise.

Like a previous poster said, big boosters are probably sick of ponying up funds to fortify the OL just to have the position coach continually drop the ball.

The Boosters don’t even know who would solidify the offensive line…. They need to stay out of the decision making process… DW needs to shut that sh&t down if it is factual in any way.

Im just responding to comments newbie. Are you going to continue to fight with everyone who posts something different than your opinion all day every day? You fought all day with at least three people yesterday in numerous threads. I’m not sure who you’re related too, but we get it.

He will continue the same post tomorrow and the day after that until we get someone…not sure what value that brings to the board but there is an ignore function, however I think it’s a cop out to use that function

While I agree, it’s just not the real world. If you all knew how much Haslem has given to UT, you would want input into the program as well. I’m not saying they are doing that right now, but if I gave what they have, I would want some input.

How can you fire someone for how bad players are before they take a single snap of the season?

Are people insane? (Dont answer that). . . "we want to see him develop players. . . but we also want to fahr his ass before he has a chance to develop those players and put them on the field."

Its pretty standard procedure that players work in the off-season to get better. This off-season is one where a lot off the players we have generally take a big step in development (2nd-3rd year.)

This coming season will be the year we should know how they were developed, but lets forget about that and go ahead and axe our OL coach for things that havent happened yet. . . and which all-indications point to not happening at all.

That’s what scares me.

They started a former walk on at RT who likely would start next year and he tackled our own QB.

We need a RT desperately.

We will have one. If a starting position is open at Tennessee and we don't have a young guy ready to fill it. We'll get one either very soon or in the spring transfer period. You can bank on it.

This. People won't like it, but giving multi million dollar donations hear over year buys you a little control. I know if I was giving that much to someone I would want some sort of say so on how the money was used.
