My guess is that RB is not going to go on much longer, and when he leaves DW will identify a basketball version of Josh Heupel.Would be nice, but my guess is we take a step back next season. You don't have a player like DK fall into your lap that often.
I've been saying it...give Rick Barnes TWO bona fide scorers to go with his usual elite defense and he will get to a F4 and possibly win it all.I’m content with Rick Barnes and where he has elevated the program. So not even worth talking about replacing him, that’s pure stupidity.
As long as he continues producing the results he has been on the court he can retire as a Vol. This season should highlight that with just 1 scorer his style of ball can compete for a national championship.
I didn't see enough from Carr to say that...but I will say that 3pt shot he hit against Chreighton was cold blooded considering time and place.Basketball? Cameron Carr is going to be a scorer. So is JP Estrella. Awaka was a great find.
The DK find has changed Barnes a bit, and he’s going to get 2/3 from the portal.
Probably about like Knecht..the question is do they want to work at it? Good defense is pure effort and "want to" mixed with good athletic ability and hand-eye coordination, and some knowledge of the how's and why's of the game. But do they play defense?
The fact is..with a fair whistle we won this game. Not saying you specifically, but the issue with "the officiating was terrible" crowd is 1) they only complain after losses and 2) they act like it was the biggest factor, or maybe even the only factor, in the loss. I'm not sure I've seen a single game in any sport in my entire life where officiating was the biggest factor, and definitely not the only factor, in the outcome of a game.
Of course there are poorly officiated games. And speaking specifically about this game, Edey has gotten this treatment every single game for 2 years.
The owner of my company has owned three. He and his wife have black and white ones. I think his is a GTS. He loves driving them. He likes his Porsche dealership too, but has had trouble getting one repaired after a wreck. None of the european brands are practical from maintenance perspective. If you are asking I presume you've budgeted for higher than average repair and maintenance costs. I've ridden in them and would describe them as sporty luxury, but nothing that exotic.Anyone own a Cayenne? Recommend?
