Great talent is a necessary but not sufficient condition to be a top flight program. We are aiming at both. "Culture" is real: it's not just empty talk.

Klubnik was absurdly overrated. Not saying he can't become decent but I'd expect a 2nd year 5* QB to be way better, especially against Duke who is decent at best defensively.

This is why I believe Tennessee has the rite Head Coaches in all 3 major Sports in Barnes. Vitello and Heupel culture is what they thrive for especially Barnes....

This stat cannot be overstated. Last year UNC ranked 127th in team sacks and 80th or so in rush defense. Held USCjr to -2 rush yards and got 9 sacks on Saturday

I'm not pointing out the ranking, that's whatever. It's the Milton comment stating he needs to be more accurate when he was 70% on the day and we rushed for almost 300. Just sloppy, but as always, expected.

2004 Tennessee won the SEC East, 10 games, beat Florida, UGA, Bama plus the Aggies in the Cotton Bowl, 38-7. But yeah, that Clemson Peach Bowl game really broke us and we were a total poverty program after that game.
