They should decide the rankings based on a per sport average finish, and not cumulative. That gives a more accurate ranking of each university since some have more sports programs than others.

Actually, if we had just one honest journalist in Knoxville, s/he could do it. The facts as already known are damning. Much is available just from the broadcast footage. The announcers noticed the old-fashioned signaling and talked about it perplexedly a few times. There is film of the TAMU player with it. If TAMU refuses to comment, run the story detailing the case. Make the damn allegations. (It's better from someone not us, anyway. We beat their cheating asses.) Then follow up by asking the NCAA if SausageBagel should get a "show cause" or a 5-year ban for attempting to rig the CWS. When they "no comment," go after them, too. Go after particular people on the NCAA boards. Don't let them hide behind the emblem. When TAMU goes "no comment," go to TAMU fans and ask them what they think about SausageBagel shaming their school and program by cheating (without the support of fans) and ask whether they think SausageBagel should get a 5-year ban.

This sh-t is not hard. We just don't have a newspaper.

He had one big season at Pitt after transferring and that got him into the NFL. Sadly.....every time he saw the field in the league, it looked about like that Florida game.

That is the problem: there is no structure under the NCAA. It's rule by tyrants. There is no rule of law.

Look no further than the past week. They have TAMU stealing a PitchCom, using it effectively during Game 1. Forced us to change our signals and to go manual. Their 3rd base coach almost fights Amick. Meanwhile, there is photographic evidence. There are an abundance of witnesses to what happened. But they do nothing.

You pretty much hit the nail on the head. They have a perceived order of things Bama, Ohio State, Texas, Michigan, Texas A&M’s of the world can lie, cheat and steal to get whatever result they want and there’s no investigation even if there’s an abundance of proof. If Tennessee gets a five star QB like Nico then there must be something wrong; they must immediately be investigated.

The blue bloods go right on lying and cheating but if another team is about to break through esp if they compete with Bama then there must be something done about that.
