Very few things will never happen on a long enough timeline. However, as long as DW is the AD at UT, I don't think JH, RB, TV, or any other coach will leave of their own volition. He seems like a great person to work for, and someone who will recognize your contributions and get you whatever resources you need to win.

No but I personally didn’t expect it to be the best in the country in his first full class knowing how Deboer recruited at Washington compared to Chris Petersen who out recruited him there by a pretty good margin

Bama has been the dominant football program for most of the last 20 years. Any coach could step in there right now and recruit well for that reason alone.

Agree with this. Rick Barnes is a great coach and I will always appreciate what he has done for our BB program. However, great coaches having input on their replacements isn't a goo idea. Pat was arguably the best women's BB coach ever and her hand picked replacement fell flat on her face. That is not an indictment on Pat as a person or a coach. It is only to say that an AD looks at things a little differently and I trust DW to make that decision. I would be willing to bet @Weezer's lunch money that CRB trusts DW to make that decision too.
