It's interesting how Oklahoma will probably be a 7-5 team this year but on paper they are only a little worse than us. They have a really brutal schedule this year.

They get us at home, then they have to play @ Auburn. They likely win that game but it's their first ever SEC road game and Auburn may be in desperation mode by then. Then they've got Texas in Dallas, South Carolina, @ Ole Miss, @ Mizzou, Bama, and @ LSU. If things go off the rails (i.e., we break them), they could go 5-7. Hell, 4-8 is even a possibility, but I doubt they lose at home to South Carolina.

offensively, they are way worse.

but yes their schedule is nasty work

No excuses from me. What I saw was Kentucky winning some battles on the line (I really think some OL/TEs blocked poorly but I will give UK the credit) and Beck being off. He was missing throws he normally makes.

I think Beck’s play probably comes from some early busts on the OL, but I can’t be sure.

UK also just made some plays. The defense was well disguised and #11 in particular put in a hero shift.

Complimentary football is also part of it. UK just kept the ball and UGA kept having ill-timed drive killing issues, whether a negative play or a penalty. UGA didn’t have many chances. That said, when we needed points and first downs late, we got them. And that was the game.

Why would you lose IQ points by reading the news? At your age, you don’t need that kind of trash in your life. Just enjoy yourself and screw the news.

As I remember it, part of the knock on him was that his HS coaches were running him into the ground and shortening his career. He was touching the ball 30-45 times every game best I remember. To me that was a stupid reason to downgrade someone's ranking for college purposes. Maybe it shortens his pro career if he gets there, but it certainly doesn't seem to have hurt him here.
