Recruiting Football Talk VIII

Neither one of those QB's were during NIL era. That was the conversation paying players should produce quick results according to some individuals. No Freshmen QB has dominated the SEC at home or the Road since Pay for play began.
Ya I agree. I don't see how people think paying them would negate a century of evidence that young qb don't usually do well right away. Nico has the potential to be elite, but he's clearly not broken the norm of performing at an elite level right away.

This is a wow. Are we better off with Johnson and Davis starting at tackle?
I think every single player in offense performs poorly when we change the tempo and game plan to be ultra slow and conservative. You can't practice and play one way most of the time but expect players to execute just as well when you totally switch up your approach.

He raised his arm up to try and miss the kicker. But still ended up hitting him while trying to dodge him.
The punter swung his leg around with force away from the defender in mid air and fell dramatically in the position he would have landed if his leg had been hit. He didn't notice the brush against his head evidently. Forgot to pretend a concussion. 😂

Ya that was super soft. It didn't impact him at all. He faked the wrong way like you said. But technically hitting him at all is a foul. No need to rush the punter when you're in safe punt, go block a gunner or just guard against the fake.
