Bama player wasn’t suspended at all. Got a talk and an apology from Saban. Whatever.

Sure wasn't. But Saban didn't apologize. He excused his player striking the woman entirely. Said his football player was afraid. Yes, he did. As far as his player also hitting the male fan earlier, iirc neither Saban nor the media cared enough to even talk about it. Non issue.

I didn’t need to listen to it to know that. Nico has lost confidence in himself. He looked nervous the whole game. Every shot of him between plays he looked stressed out.

These next few weeks will really show us what kinda chops Heupel has as a QB coach.

The UTC game showed us that Nico can play at an elite level against lesser comp. He needs the coaching to help slow things down and ID things presnap so that he can translate that play against SEC teams.

It is absolutely laughable how so many of you think winning an SEC road game is easy and we should be able to do it in our sleep. We played awful. No way to spin it. I am in a little bit of wait and see but the fact that many of you are already writing off Nico and Heupel is just plain stupid.

Brent Sowell is a Bama alum. He was on the crew with head official Marc Curles for our Ole Miss game in 2021. Eduardo Balbis was also on that crew and a UF alum.

Just from that video as a former cop, this shouldn't be much of an issue tbh. Definitely at least appears to be a good shoot. He was clearly ordered to drop the gun multiple times, refused multiple times, began to raise it, and was shot.

Thank you BigO, I felt the same way but it is Nashville. I am confident the TBI and the DA will be on his side. I am more concerned about the Citizens Over site Panel, etc. Very thankful for your feedback. Thank you... I was hoping to hear from current or former LE.

That's the kind of that drives me nuts. There's no way they're calling a fair game when TN is involved. Alumni/fans of SEC schools should not be allowed to officiate games in this conference. Get them out of this league, that would be a start.

Kent st and UTC or NC st could run the same D that Arkansas or OU did and we’d still score 60 .

Everything is still there for the team and beating them up all the way to the UF game won’t help. Need the crowd to help the team get going with a month of home games coming up.

Wonder what they would have done when Tennessee started the season 0-6? My second year of med school. It was awful looking forward to football season and being handed loss after loss.

I sent a letter to Coach Majors begging him to turn it around and not lose to Memphis State. I told him that I couldn’t go home for Christmas if the Vols lost to Tiger High.
The Vols won the remaining games of the season. Final record was 5-6, but the Vols felt like they were winners by the end of the season. Tiger High was the first of 5 straight wins.

Coach Majors wrote me back after the tiger high game. He stated that he felt like the team was turning a corner. Some of the losses were close. He promised good results! He was a good man.

Remember this season quite well..In fact, I told anyone that would listen that we were gonna win the rest of our games and we did!! There were a lot of naysayers and was happy to say I told you so.

Hey VN we could use some prayers from my son. He is a police officer in Nashville and was forced to use deadly force Friday night. He had only been with the force a year and one day. I will not share the video for content reasons, but if any of you are in LE or similar fields I would like your feedback. Just type in October 4 officer involved shooting Nashville in YouTube. My stomach has been in knots. I am just glad he is still with us. Great kid, graduated APSU Suma Cum Laude. He is a mess as you can imagine.

A good shoot. I think he was perfect and it shows how tough especially at night, the LEO job is when a guy has a gun and it is dark.

Yea, but OU threw in wrinkles, and we won. There are games against good opponents where Heupel has won. The board just talks about the losses.

100% good shoot. I know it sucks, but he saved future lives by keeping the POS from doing that again.
