Recruiting Football Talk VIII

Yeah I mean, if you want to go ahead.

If Nico does play, the odds go up and your cash out goes up before the game is even played.

Pro bettors will spend all week finding injury news for professional sports just so they can put in a bet on like Tuesday that has odds at +1000 but once injury news comes out, that +1000 becomes +300 since he will play more. If that’s the case a majority of betting places will offer a cash out before the game is even played.

It’s a risk, and I’m NOT gonna be the one to say yes or no lol

Oh I know bro!…that’s what makes NBA difficult at times because they wait until like 4:10 eastern time dropping that injury news and once that happens the lines are chaotic…

Hmmm🤔 just imagine what it will be when they ok Nico…i think this game is a lot closer than what Vegas is showing us..i think Tennessee personally should be the favorite
Well if you assume the home team is getting 3 points, that puts it at 7.5..... Then let's say Nico is worth an extra FG in Vegas mind. So 4.5 maybe.

I can see why we aren't favored but I think the line is way high. I actually jumped on that 300 last week.

If games start at 4:10, I wait till 4 to lock in bets.

NBA is the worst when it comes to betting. They are plagued with injuries, even when they aren’t bad, they stay out. NBA is the most soft and rigged sport out of them all.

Blowouts are the most frustrating because starters won’t even play the whole 4th period.

With that being said, I’ve also seen NBA produce the most consistent betting wins out of NFL, MLB, etc.

I think it pays off check!..honestly I’m watching the spread % and I like it so far…Georgia can keep getting all the money

Eh Indiana is in the B10 and undefeated. Bana has 2 losses. IU should be ranked better than them
Indiana has only played two good teams, NO and ONE. They would get smoked if they played Texas University's schedule. In the Little Ten at least half the teams are hot garbage and another quarter might could beat Auburn.

CFP should just go ahead a go to a 24 team playoff system.

10 SEC teams get in
10 Big Ten teams get in
Notre Dame gets in
ACC and Big 12 Champion gets in
1 Group of 5 team gets in.

Probably solved🧐

I think the easiest fix is ACC, BIG, SEC, and Big 12 conference champs get automatic bids and the runner ups get in (that’s 8 total). Then you do the next 4 out based on AP polling, which everyone typically accepts. Theres your 12. That way, winning matters as does SOS.

And play the spring game against a local in state school and charge 20 bucks to get in and that money goes to them.
So instead of beating up on a ****** team during the regular season and it doing nothing for us playoff wise…we play them before the season as a “get ready” thing and they still get paid.

Would also help the “smaller” schools prepare by going against better competition. Could treat it as a glorified practice for everyone involved. Work on fundamentals.

I love this idea.

Yeah let's make the CFP a redo of the beginning of the season non-con cupcake fest. The playoffs should be about good football not blowouts. Heck they had a hard time finding four good teams, the BCS wouldn't have.

Exactly. The 1 OOC game needs to be against another P5 opponent.
