I am skeptical of Pruitts defensive acumen. When he was here, the defenses were trash.

Lot of people out there think he has a really good defensive mind. I just think he's not HC material. He was interfering on offense and trying to run the defense. Micromanagement across the staff .

That is the epitome of pure stupidity...surely to goodness somebody will shut that loophole.

I'll go edit it. They closed the loopole though both schools still have an easier path to contention.

In 2020 we gave up over 2,658 pass yards good for 99th in the nation out of 127 teams…again the argument is that it was the weakest unit on defense talent wise and statistically when he took over and that is a true statement. Has Martinez been great? No, but comparing him to the DL and LB coaches in terms of the talent they inherited is disingenuous

Whatever you need to tell yourself man. I'll make this prediction though...the secondary will be the weakest unit on the field again this year and Martinez won't be here next season.

Idk @Volfan76 I've also heard part of it was scheme related too. There's talent in the secondary so we'll see. I know in practice, they've reported the defense has looked pretty solid and that we have a good front 7.

I think it was the "Handy Dandy" in south Knoxville that had good chili years ago. Dudley Hodges too, I think.

My dad used to get it at one of those places and he'd always pile a bunch of oyster crackers in it.

i usually average my first pot of chili with the Third Saturday in October at the earliest and the weekend before Thanksgiving at the latest.

Halloween is usually a good night for the first pot.

Statistically speaking WM group has improved each year, if you want to use statistics to support an argument. That is why people defend WM. The product Pruitt put on the field was not good, visually or statistically. Statistically speaking his defense was horrible. I don't understand why you're defending Pruitt.
