Recruiting Football Talk VIII

Is a lightweight fishing boat an option? If not, a gun with one bullet so I can end my life quickly and on my own terms.
Yeah, I guess a small fishing boat would pass. . . i guess anything you might find in the jungle.

Reminds me of this time I went on a research trip down the amazon. One of our guys swallowed a hornet that crawled into this mouthpiece on his scuba gear. We had to get back quickly, but the crazy captain kept taking alternate routes. We think he even blocked the river to divert us at one point.

How long do you think you could survive in the amazon with nothing but what you have on and in your pockets right now + 1 item of your choice? What item are you choosing?
If it is the Amazon gotta be a machete. I checked with my chat gpt subscription and it agreed.

In the Amazon rainforest, aside from pocket-sized essentials like a knife, firestarter, or small multi-tool, the most important survival tool would likely be a machete. Here's why:

1. Clearing paths: The dense jungle vegetation often requires cutting through underbrush to move effectively.

2. Shelter building: A machete can help cut wood, vines, and palm fronds for constructing a shelter.

3. Food preparation: It can be used to harvest fruits, coconuts, or other edible plants and to process game.

4. Defense: It can serve as protection against wildlife if needed.

Other critical items include a water filtration system or purification tablets, but for a single versatile tool, the machete is indispensable in the Amazon.

Nope, not yet.
Need a couple more dreams squashed.
Need several pounds of flesh.
He started Tennessee on a dark path.
Penance is still required.
His mediocre coaching ability is why he’s not in the playoffs. He did not intentionally lose to help Tennessee. He gets no credit.
😡

When does Tennessee play ole miss again?
😈
