UT will not play Georgia in the CFP in round 1. Absolutely 0% chance. No matter what happens next weekend.

Georgia is going to move one way or other in next 2 weeks. After these last games this week and conference championship games there is going to be more movement. We just need to win, there is a chance we could still host. But I agree the odds of us and Georgia matching up 1st round aren’t to high. GBO

What was your expectation going into tonight? We'd jump UGA after beating UTEP?

This is a great jump for us. The only risk/reward that even existed was potentially IU being left ahead of us and that notion was clearly put to bed.

This was good news in case you didn't notice. Even moreso for the weirdos that thought we'd for sure be out with 2 losses just a couple of weeks ago

I know you're talking about something completely different, but I told here once about the time we passed a guy trying to sell a horse at a corner gas station in New Orleans after a parade. Plainly stolen. No trailer, no saddle. Leading the horse by the reins. smh. You prolly could have bought that horse for a benjamin or maybe $20; but then you would have been the one the cops and the owners were looking for. Guy was trying so hard to look natural and nonchalant. "Hey you want to buy a horse?"
