Just read the Athletic projections for CFP playoff and they’re saying SMU gets in, even if they lose next weekend to Clemson. I just don’t see that. Someone enlighten me, because that makes 0 sense when you compare their resume to other teams.

Thoughts on Thomas Brown as HC and Lincoln Riley as OC.............

Brown has five games to make his case. Needs to border on spectacular imo. This next hire is Poles azz. Lincoln Riley? Ego may make him a bad OC no matter his acumen. If USC has dulled his ambition, his playcalling could suit him better at the pro level with his old QB.

Can I ask make Indiana or Penn State getting in make sense? They both lost to the only ranked team they played. I think it is just a weird year and we are putting way too emphasis on W-L record only

Now remember when UGA lost on the road at a ranked Ole Miss....they dropped them 9 spots. OSU loses at home to an unranked Michigan as 21 points favorites. They should should drop atleast 9 spots.

They would get a bye if they beat SMU to be conference champion. Only the top 4 are slotted for Conf Champions only.

Does anyone have an idea as to why Eason was so pissed at the end of the first half?? Coaches and other players had to keep him contained.

One would think but I could see the committee bumping them up if they beat SMU to be #4.

They are not penalizing teams for playing or losing in a conference championship game.

It’s like it doesn’t count except for the winners who get a bye.

I've always thought Gatlinburg would be a good home for the SEC offices.....

Oh no, unfortunately the gumps know all about Gatlinburg. They are drawn and mesmerized by the lights and the Ripley's exhibitions and museums are more than their simple minds can comprehend. I like to watch them interact with Gatlinburg. It's fascinating watching a gump try to stop that huge, floating granite ball. Their offset eyes have such joy and amazement when they manage to make it change speed or direction. And when they smile, you don't hardly notice their shallow brain pans.

I said Billings because they can't find Montana on the map. It has to be hidden from them or they'll infect the new SEC offices, just like they did the old one, and that's what we don't want.

Bamaritis is the real pandemic and there is no cure.
