We recruited 1 five star and 15 four stars and ended 10th. Ohio State recruited 2 five stars and 18 four stars and ended 5th. This years class was fine, but it’s stacking multiple classes in a row that matter. The difference between the top 10 each year is usually not a whole lot. But the UGA’s, Bama’s, OSU’s do it every year.

Wtf... are you blind or just hate Nico? Cause he's the only one that showed up to play on either side of the ball.. 😂 we don't score AT ALL without Nico running for his life and making plays with his feet. Just log off for the night if you're gonna make dumb post like that. Wow.

You could tell he was playing his heart out and left everything on the field. Far from a great game by him but he proved to me that he is a fighter and I'm proud of my QB.

Hell of a lesson experience this season for him but we should be better for it next year.

I see him doing everything he can in the offseason to take a big step forward for next year. Hopefully Heupel does the same. Nico proved tonight he’s a fighter.

Yep. Stacking elite talent for years. We have to have consistency. Some won’t like it but true there will be good seasons where we miss the playoffs especially with as difficult as SEC play is. But if we can get 9-10 wins pretty consistently we will eventually breakthrough.

Only bright spot because he ran the ball well, for him. He still cant throw the ball. And he’s not a good runner at all, he just had an extremely low bar set for his running ability so he exceeded expectations in that department.

It’s his second full year with two complete spring practices. Need him to quickly process 1st to 2nd read and have more pocket awareness. Has moxie, but gets happy feet and bails then misses out on chunk plays that Hooker routinely made. Playcalling has sucked and not helped him, but maybe it’s limited because of him

agree. Nico had some misses tonight, but they were mostly late and meaningless. The lack of protection killed any possible offensive gameplan besides the QB run. Ohio State played 4 against 5 OL + RB + QB most of the night and got pressure. Safeties were deep, LBs were out of the box and had depth. Corners could play man with help inside and help deep. Peyton Manning in his prime isn’t throwing against that.

There may be some questions after tonight, but nobody will ever question Nico’s toughness or his willingness to put his body on the line. Dude had no quit in him.

It's obvious that we go as our dline goes. When they no show we have zero chance of winning.

Got outplayed and outcoached on both sides of the ball. A ass whooping like this should force changes.

Still a great year and 2nd 10 win seasons in 3 years.

The offseason will tell alot about if we want to truly be with the upper echelon programs or satisfied with status quo.

Still loved this team. Great year.

If we had ran Nico all year we would have won many games by bigger margins. We just couldn’t risk him getting injured because QB depth isn’t on campus yet.
