I think Spyre led the way, but everybody else quickly got their $&¡7 together and passed us.Yeah, we're not swimming in the same pond with the big guys. Don't see that changing. I don't think Spyre is everything we've been told it is. I don't see anything changing either. I think our ceiling is going to always be a fringe playoff team. Wealthy programs will always rise to the top. Alabama is in a similar place as we are. I think you'll see, OSU, OR, TEXAS, ND at the top. They've got limitless money.
And for THE THIRD...STRAIGHT....YEAR...it will once again be said...I like Banks. That defense has come a long way. He does need a safety or two.!
That and why they leave. Is it because they got better offers and we couldn't match? Is it because they didn't like the program? Is it because they want more playing time? Is it because they lack confidence in their coaches/the program? I'm sure we'll never know why on some of them.I guess it depends on who it is, and what we do to replace.
With a healthy HH?What do y’all think happens last night if the 2022 team walked out there? Do you think the same happens or the game becomes a shootout? Now if the 2022 team made the playoffs that year I know we probably advance a game since we would have taken one of the spots of michigan and TCU and beat one of them since they were mid. But curious as to how the 2022 team would have done last night.
Place is pretty toxic which is to be expected. I see we are firing coaches left and right. Recruiting in this NIL era is largely tied to your budget given by boosters. Nick Saban retired because he saw the writing on the wall that Alabama didn’t have the money of schools like OSU, Texas, Georgia, etc. Florida went up about 30 spots in recruiting rankings in a week because they spent the money collected to fire Napier for recruits. Did Napier and staff just magically become great recruiters? Instead of firing coaches you need to recruit more wealthy donors who are nuts about football. Follow the money and that’s where you will magically see the “best “. Coaches. Heupel did great with less and that’s a fact. Give him OSUs roster and he would be undefeated. Time to go enjoy some family time. Choose joy.Just shows how ignorant some of you are. The LB coach you want fired just brought in a top 3 haul at the position cause he KNOWS we have issues. This team in 4 years has beat all my expectations from that terrible time. We need more players AND DEPTH to handle a long SEC grind.
We need more talent and if you want to fire coaches and start over, you deserve another Jeremy Pruitt and 15 more years of crap football. I’ll be outta here for good if that happens. Some of this fan base are either stupid or the biggest most immature puss and boots ever.

Don't think most of those are designed runs. All losses, just not the winning recipe for us.

Sacks are counted as runs in CFB. And of course scrambles/escapes.
It's a telling sign when we got overwhelmed and he either correctly ran out or maybe incorrectly jumped the gun. Maybe also a sign he needs to get off his #1 quicker and release.
