I’m pretty flexible with it. I had a chick fil a sandwich the other night. I’ve had a spicy chorizo breakfast sandwich from Starbucks. Just log it and make it fit your calories/macrosFasting & Calorie Counting boyz...
Granted if you try to eat clean it makes the calorie counting easier for sure. My biggest problem is with most things I get bored of the same thing so I'm always trying to eat different stuff. The people who turn food into fuel only seem to have the best success at fitness that's sustainable.
Really wish I had a legit juice bar near work, that'd make things a bit easier. Grab one for lunch and keep it under 500 calories and that be that.
