Nope. The list that keeps being thrown around on VQ by LWS is Petrino, Strong, Smart, Tubberville, Mullen, Patterson, Golden, & Fisher.

Please no on Petrino, smart, tubberville, and Mullen.

Strong or Golden would obviously be nice.

Idk how I feel about Fisher..good recruiter but exactly how good of a coach?

LOVE Willie Taggart. I've also heard people may be focusing on the wrong Gruden, and that Jay is VERY much in play for the HC job and would bring Raheem Morris with him.

But I thought you were completely positive that Jon Gruden was coming and it was basically a done deal....

Ut would have a better chance getting Ramsey with Smart instead of Strong IMO. Smart already has a good relationship with Ramsey.

Off lws list I would be happy with strong, Mullen, Patterson, jimbo. I think jimbo is overrated but he is better than dools and can recruit so I wouldn't be pissed like I would be if we got petrino, golden or tubbs

Agreed. I was a fan of Golden while at Temple, but I'm not really as big of a fan after seeing what he's done at Miami.

He's a scientologist and we are in the bible belt. It'd be a great hire, but its not realistic.

I would be in favor of either one of those 2 over any non "home run" hire. That is just my concern.

I thought Sumlin was a good coach. I was concerned about his scheme working in the SEC, and obviously I was wrong. I did not realize he ran it as much as he does.

What does everyone think about Chris Peterson?

Great coach. He would be my #1 target(over Gruden), but I would be shocked if he left Boise.
