No. Even if Rudolph had said a slur Garrett's response to that wouldn't be a hate crime because he wasn't motivated by hatred of Rudolph's race but rather Rudolph's use of a slur.

Who is advising Myles Garrett? I even think Rudolph should be suspended for his actions but whoever is advising Garrett should take a step back. The only thing that would make this worse is throwing out this allegation and it being not true. For him the NFL has Rudolph mic’d up and reviewed the sounds and found no such evidence of this. It just went from bad to worse cause now he’s a race baiting liar as well. I think it’s telling that his teammates were distancing themselves from him and the allegation today
