What our defense did to end the 1st half was elite. In their house against their jumbo package. We had the lead and the ball back to start the second half. That is is an incredible amount of momentum in a very hostile environment.
Hate to say it but I’d rather see Clemson win than UGA,The reality we don’t want to face is that UGA might win the National Championship. What other teams are that good? Clemson, maybe Alabama?
We’re just not at that level yet. And the majority of college teams aren’t either. We just have to continue stacking talent and find that elite QB.
They run blitzed all game. They figured they could live with the occasional explosive pass play, but they did not want to allow us to run the ball on them at will. Adjustments could have been made. Maybe went with heavy sets and passed out of those sets. But you take what they give you. I have no problem with small ball and occasional deep shots. But when you don't have the horses, you have to go against what you would normally do. When we saw what they were doing defensively, we should've went with quick slants or outs to force them to adjust their defense. We couldn’t run the ball even when they didn’t stack the box. Their d line absolutely dominated our o line. It’s on the coaches to teach protections to our guys and we haven’t seen those lessons show up on tape yet outside of a few lineman. And if Jg secures those balls that he fumbled people would still bitch at him for
Not getting the ball out soon enough. The bottom line is this ain’t all JG’s fault, their is plenty of blame
To go around
OL is to blame for the struggles we had last night. JG is to blame for the catastrophic moments. Three turnovers is unacceptable. He has command of the ball and gave it to Georgia three times. Those are on him and it undeniably harmed the ability to win directly and cost at least 13 points. He takes equal share of blame as the OL and the OL should also be getting their asses chewed. He threw two dimes for TDs. We had no run game or pass blocking. I don’t put this game on JG.
I think the team got into Chaney's mashed taters and beer at halftime.Yep and I think the team went to the lockerroom and celebrated a little too much. We did a very poor job of turning the page and obviously Ga did a great job of it
With that said I sure would like to have seen what that game looks like if that OL isn’t trailing the fumble play. I don’t think we win but that play changes a lot imo
I keep seeing this, but wasn’t South Carolina ranked in the top 10 in one of the polls in 2013?
Clemson would boat race them.....maybe Bama. The reality we don’t want to face is that UGA might win the National Championship. What other teams are that good? Clemson, maybe Alabama?

TBH, no one expected us to win. We led the number 3 team until early in the 3rd quarter. We didn't have the horses, and the turnovers and penalties killed us. HT played the entire game if I am not mistaken. We have a good/great defense, we just can't force them to play them many snaps against any team.
IMO Georgia is good, but they are still a trash team with a trash fan base. Bama and Clemson are better. They can not run blitz Bama or Clemson. And I guarantee that neither of those team will turn the ball over the way we did.
